Forms Is now available. 2008 – 2009 Membership Application (Membership
June 1, 2008 – May 31, 2009) No class Registrations are accepted without membership
application. 2008 – 2009 Academic Class Registration Use page 1 of
this form for all class registrations. Families
registering for the cooperative class must submit pages 1 and 3 of this form. Criminal
background check form is on page 4. This form
needs to be filled out if you desire to drop or add classes after your
initial registration. You are financially responsible to pay for all classes
registered for until the registrar has received this form. |
